Step 2: Set up Airwall Teams and access the Dashboard

The second step is to install an Airwall Agent and begin using the dashboard to invite others to your network.

  1. Install the Airwall Agent or Airwall Server for your platform.
    Important: Do not close the web page containing the instructions for installing and activating your Airwall Agent or Airwall Server. You will need to return after your installation is complete to finish the activation process.
    Note: Each installer provides guided instructions for installing the Airwall Agent or Airwall Server on your platform. If you need additional information or would like to review the installation procedure before you start, review Install Airwall Agents and Servers in the How to section of this site.
    Note: By default, the correct installer for your operating system is selected. Should you need an installer for a different platform, click + More Downloads... to expand the download list and select the desired installer.
  2. Return to the Get Started page and click Activate.
  3. Optional: You may be asked for permission to make network changes. Enter the username and password for your computer and click OK to continue.

    Once you receive the activation confirmation, click OK to continue.

  4. Once activation is complete, click Look around to close the dialog and access the dashboard.
    Note: You will not see this section of the dialog if you previously closed the window and reopened it from the dashboard.
