macOS/OSX – Install the Airwall Agent

To connect to Airnet, install the macOS/OSX Airwall Agent on your device.

  1. On your Mac, open the email you received and click Click here to accept.
  2. Fill in the Create Account form, entering your name and creating an Airnet account password.
  3. Read and agree to the terms by checking the box next to I have read and agree to all terms in the end user licensing agreement, and click Submit.


  4. Click Mac Airwall Agent (click More Downloads if your device type isn't shown) and save the download to a location of your choice.


  5. Double-click the installer to begin then click Continue.
  6. Read and accept the user license agreement.
  7. Click Install to begin the installation.
  8. Give permission to install the application when prompted by entering your device password and selecting Install Software.
  9. Allow the installation to complete and click Close.
  10. Click Activate, enter your device password, and click OK.
  11. Once complete, it can take several minutes for your Airwall Agent to fully activate. You can safely close this window.


Uninstall the macOS/OSX Airwall Agent

To uninstall the macOS/OSX Airwall Agent, do the following:

  1. Right-click the Airwall Agent icon in the macOS/OSX menu bar.
  2. Select About from the menu.


  3. Click Uninstall.
  4. When prompted to confirm, click OK.
