Use Mobile Airwall Agents

When you first open the app, you will see the Airwall Agent dashboard and either a menu icon in the upper left on your Android device or a bar at the bottom with several icons on an iOS device. On Android, click the icon to reveal the menu.

Dashboard

The dashboard is where you start and stop the Airwall Agent and view status of your connection.

To start the Airwall Agent, slide the button to the right. The text on the left will change from stopped to Running. To stop the Airwall Agent, slide the button to the left.

Under Diagnostics → Edge Services, you can view the status of the connection to your Airnet network (Connected to Conductor) and any connections to other devices (Connected to Devices). A red indicator means there is no connection and a green indicator means a connection is active.

Once the Airwall Agent is running, a graph will display in the Traffic section, which shows any data exchange between other devices.

Profiles

The Profiles section displays the profiles you have set up. Generally, you will see only one profile unless you are joined to multiple Airwall networks.

To change profiles, click the desired profile and select Yes when prompted. It may take up to two minutes for the profile to become active, which you can check by switching back to the Dashboard page, where the Connected to Conductor indicator will change from red to green.

Diagnostics

The Diagnostics page contains links generally used to gather information for our support team. When requesting support, you may be asked to send information generated by using one or more of these links and the Support Team will instruct you on how to gather and send the information.
Note: We recommend you use the Support Bundle link to send information about your installed Airwall Agent along with your support request. To generate and send a support bundle, select Support Bundle, and then click Generate a Support Bundle. It will take a moment to create the bundle. Once complete, a new email will open in your device's default mail application with the support bundle added as an attachment. In the To: field, enter ZeroTrustP2PSupport@TemperedNetworks.com, a description of your issue in the body of the email, and click Send.

Info

The Info page displays basic information about the application and our policies, terms, and conditions. Please note that you can view your device ID on this page should you need it for troubleshooting purposes or if Support requests it as part of troubleshooting an issue.

Note: The Contact Us link takes you to Support for customers who have purchased and deployed the Airwall solution. You do not need to create a support account – send an email with a description of your issue to ZeroTrustP2PSupport@tempered.io for any support you need during your free trial.

Push-to-Talk (PTT)

The push-to-talk page is a service you can use for secure team communication.

To use PTT, select an active device (green dot) from the list. Press and hold the phone icon at the bottom, and after the beep, speak your message and release the icon. Within a few moments, your recipient should hear your message and can perform the same procedure to return a message.
Note: PTT is available only on Android and iOS. You cannot send or receive messages on devices running Windows, macOS, or Linux.
