Link Failover is not working on a fresh Conductor install

A new Conductor does not set the link failover settings until you access the page in the Conductor UI.

To resolve this issue:

Go to Airwalls > Ports > Link Failover Settings.
Without making any changes, select Update. This action saves the default settings and causes the Airwall Gateway to begin actively trying to recover if a failed connection over cellular occurs.
