Detect devices manually

In order to use passive device detection, you must have Device Discovery enabled and Device Network Configuration set up for the HIPswitch.

1. Go to HIP Services and select a HIPswitch from the list.
2. Go to Local Devices and click Detect Devices.

Once detected, the protected device will appear in the Conductor and the device can then be added to your overlay network(s).
