Move HIPservice Licenses to Another Conductor

You can move HIPservices licenses from one Conductor to another (note that you cannot move the Conductor license).

CAUTION: You cannot remove a licensing voucher from a Conductor if it will leave you with a license deficit.
  1. In the Conductor that currently has the licenses, open Settings, and go to the Licensing tab.
  2. Review your Licenses to see if removing the voucher will require you to revoke or re-license HIPservices you are currently using on that Conductor. If you intend to continue using them, renew or purchase additional licenses and add them to ensure uninterrupted service.
  3. Click View vouchers.
  4. Find the voucher code that you want to transfer, and click the Delete icon to remove the voucher from that Conductor. Click Close to close the Vouchers page.
  5. On the Licensing tab, click Full sync to synchronize the license changes.
  6. Go to new Conductor and apply the vouchers.

    If you have trouble re-applying a voucher after deleting it on a pre-2.2 version of the Conductor and syncing on the previous Conductor, you may need to contact support (RDT) to unbind the voucher.
