It is important to construct Smart Device Groups that run as efficiently as possible. When a Smart Device Group is recomputed, any affected overlay policies, underlay policies, and routes are refreshed. DRM processing of device groups, HIPservices, and HIPswitch groups are generally more efficient and are preferred, if possible.
