Update firmware for a group of HIPswitches

Go the HIPswitches tab and select HIPswitch groups.
Click Upgrade Firmware. The firmware update process will commence for all HIPswitches in the group, and may take several minutes to complete and come back online.
Complete the above steps for each HIPswitch group that requires the firmware update.
Once complete, go to the HIPswitches page, and verify that the new firmware version is displayed for each updated HIPswitch.
